You’d Be Better off if It Was Worse

What would it take for you to start living true to yourself?

Aidan Brotherhood

It's natural to fear change, uncomfortable conversations, and confrontation.

Choosing a life of truth, curiosity, and adventure differs from a life of safety, complacency, and insecurity.

One requires courage to step forward into the unknown.

The other involves settling for a life of quiet desperation.

If the latter resonates with you, you'd be better off if your situation were worse.

At least then, you would be forced to confront yourself, shed your deadwood, and find your truth.

Complacency is dangerous.

Comfort is dangerous.

Yet this is the way most people live - more willing to live quietly, putting their dreams to rest to avoid the difficulties that come with living in a manner that is true to themselves.

You have a calling to be something more; follow it, see where the path leads you, and trust that it will be an adventure like no other.

Don't be afraid of going against the grain, to live authentically.

This moment is all you have; live in it.

Stay true.
