What does it mean to be creative?

Where the decisions around what you’re building aren’t driven purely by the rationale?

Where there’s something deeper guiding your path.

A deep intuition, gut feeling, or creative urge spurs you to take a particular path.

To ground yourself in your creativity is to let yourself be free from the constraints you place on yourself.

And also the expectations others place on you.

It’s not about being irrational or out of touch.

It’s the opposite.

It’s about upholding integrity with yourself, and having the courage to embrace who you really are, and what you really want.

If you feel like your work lacks energy and flair, it’s because it probably does.

And you’ve allowed that to be the case.

But when you start seeing your professional pursuits as creative pursuits, paradigms shift, attitudes change, and magic happens.

Pursue creativity, find flow, and embrace it.

Not because you should.

But because you can.

After all, if the goal isn’t to create something meaningful, make art, and drive positive change, what is it?
